1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom 3rd Floor Unit - $600 Per Month - All of our apartments are 1 bedroom/1 bathroom units located in a peaceful, friendly, non-smoking community. Apartments rent for $695 per month. All apartments include range/oven, refrigerator, ceiling fan, carpet, mini-blinds, as well as phone/cable hook-ups. We require a Security Deposit of $600. Water & Garbage are included with rent. Tenants are responsible for Electricity & Sewer. Pet Fee is $600 per pet (2 pets maximum). All pets must be less than 25 lbs at fully grown weight.
