You will also be asked to provide documentation of income. Please note that most properties require that the combined documented gross monthly income of all adult applicants be at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount with demonstrated job stability. Additionally each adult applicant must have - Good housing history - No unpaid utilities - No evictions within past 5 years - No bankruptcies within past 2 years.
