I am currently looking for female roommates only, those who are mature, stable, clean, and respectful. The house is 20 to 25 minutes from downtown Austin, Round Rock, and Bastrop. There is a park located down the street with a trail. You would have your own bedroom with a shared bathroom. Rent is $950 a month plus one-third of utilities and covers garbage, electricity, gas, water, and internet. Utilities vary by season with electricity being higher in the summer and going down in the winter and gas being higher in the winter and going down in the summer.
You will need to complete an application, a screening for a background check, and a credit check at your own expense for $55 prior to moving in.
