Room for rent in a 3bed, 2.5bath 2-story newly built home in Hobby Airport area. Rent includes utilities (light, water, security system, routine pest control). Washer/dryer available inside the home. Common spaces are furnished. Rental room is also furnished, but if you'd prefer to furnish it with your own furniture, I can move the furniture to the extra guest room. As of now, I am only looking to rent one bedroom so you will have your own restroom.
Existing roommate: owner of the home, no kids, no pets, non-smoker, very friendly, mental health therapist that works 9am-5pm M-F.
House rules: there will be a chore schedule to maintain the home pristine, no dishes left overnight, common spaces to remain clean after using. Visitors: welcomed, but not welcomed to stay overnight more than 20% of the time. Groceries: not shared (kitchen is fully equipped for cooking)
