Couch(es), coffee table, mounted smart TV with Roku, and eat-in kitchen with bar stools. In addition, each apartment comes with a stackable washer and dryer (no coins or cards needed).
Landlord provides water, sewer, trash removal, recycling, snow removal, and lawn care. Tenants pay for heat, air-conditioning, and electricity. Each bedroom and living room areas are independently climate controlled.
