$133/day ($3,990 per 30 days)
No requirement to stay beyond 30-days
$195 cleaning/prep fee
$500 security deposit
Application Fee: $75.00 for the 1st occupant and $50.00 for each occupant thereafter.
To secure a reservation, the application must be completed and the fee paid.
CLEAN Guarantee: If you don’t agree that your accommodations are clean upon arrival we will refund your cleaning fee.
