Houses are leased to 8-10 people with 2-3 shared bathrooms, a kitchen, and sitting area. A cleaning group comes through and cleans all of the common areas weekly. Lawn care and snow removal is also provided.
Rooms run from $340-$410 and are priced by size and if an attached bathroom is included. There is a flat $240 utility fee due every semester for the Augusta rooms.
