2 Bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 bath townhouse with washer/dryer hook-ups and a 3rd bedroom in the third floor loft. Bedroom 3 is 11x11 and has a closet as well as a dormer arear for a small desk or vanity.
PET POLICY: For one pet $30 extra per month, plus a $300 pet deposit required, and is refundable. For 2 pets we require a $500 refundable pet deposit with an additional $50 a month rent.
Trash pick up is included in rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities.
Maximum occupancy 4 persons.
