We have spacious 6 bedroom/2 bath apartments where you rent your own private furnished bedroom and share the common areas with the other roommates. Our apartments are NOT only for students, although many of our tenants are.
Pricing depends on the length of lease you sign. We typically rent by semester but have other options if you're interested in those as well. Our lowest price is our 1 year lease which is only $400 a month, all utilities included!
Pricing & Lease Options:
Refundable Security Deposit - $200
Non-Refundable Lease Initiation Fee - $250
Twelve Month Lease - $425 a month
Ten Month (Two Semester) Lease - 10 monthly payments of $450 or 2 upfront payments
Six Month Lease - $500 per month
Five Month (One Semester) Lease - 5 monthly payments of $525 or 1 upfront payment
