Getting to the University of Alberta
The bus stop is less than a 30-second walk from the house.
Direct to U of A: Route 723 runs directly to the University of Alberta during weekday peak hours. The trip to campus is approximately 10 minutes.
Frequent transit: Route 9 runs approximately every 15 minutes. You can take it toward campus and either walk from 86 Ave or connect with another bus along Whyte Avenue.
Walk to campus: Depending on where you're going, the U of A is approximately 20–35 minutes away on foot.
Groceries
Several grocery stores are within walking, biking, transit or a very short drive from the house.
Safeway is particularly convenient — about a 15-minute walk away and located between the house and the U of A, making it easy to stop for groceries on the way home from campus.
Save-On-Foods and No Frills are also approximately a 20-minute walk away, with Superstore a short drive or transit trip away.
About Us
We've been renting rooms to students for almost 20 years and have been fortunate to have many wonderful tenants over that time. Many have stayed with us for several years, and some have become lifelong friends.
We're looking for respectful tenants who would like a comfortable place to call home while studying in Edmonton.
